CUT OUT SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup shortening
2 cups flour
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
Procedure

Beat butter and shortening on high for 30 seconds. Add half flour. Add egg, sugar, milk, baking powder, vanilla and salt. Beat until combined. Beat in rest of flour. Divide, cover and chill three hours. On floured surface rool out, cut and bake at 375 on ungreased cookie sheet for 7-8 minutes.
Temperature: 375°
Baking Time: 7-8 minutes.
