CINNAMON HAZELNUT PRALINES
Ingredients

2 cups sugar 1 cup International Delight Hazelnut creamer 3/4 cup butter 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. almond extract 2 cups chopped hazelnuts
Procedure
*************
Heat sugar, butter, creamer and baking soda in saucepan. Stir frequently until it reaches a soft boil. Remove from heat, add extract and nuts. Drop spoon sized amounts on waxed paper, let set. Store in airtight container.
