PEANUT BRITTLE
Ingredients

1 tbsp. and 1/2 tsp. of non-salted butter 1/2 cup of non-salted chopped peanuts 1/2 tsp. of Salt 2 cups of sugar
Procedure

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then turn of the fire. Mix in the salt and peanuts and stir. Then in a large skillet melt the sugar over medium heat stirring constantly. When the sugar is completely melted and is caramel color. Turn off the flame. Quickly stir in the butter/salt/peanut mixture and pour the whole thing onto a buttered sheet. Let it cool and then break. Enjoy!
