CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients

1/4 cups margarine (softened)
3/4 cups shortening
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. water
3 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 cups flour (unsifted)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure

Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, waterand vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 min. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 1 min. then remove to cooling racks until completely cooled.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 15 minutes.
