FLAKY PINEAPPLE SQUARES
Ingredients

4 cups flour 1 lb. butter 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3 cups drained crushed pineapple 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp. o6matarch Confectioners sugar
Procedure

Cut butter into flour with pastry blender or two knives. Add sour cream and vanilla. Mix well, Refrigerate 2 hrs Meanwhile cook
pineapples, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir mixture constantly till thick and clear. Preheat oven to 325U. Roll out 1/2 of
dough and place in bottom of an ungreased jelly roll pan. Add cooled filling and spread over dough. Cover with remaining rolled out
dough. Bake 325° for 55 minutes. till golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into 70 squares and refrigerate if not used
within a short time.
Temperature: 325°
Baking Time: 55 minutes.
