MINCE MEAT COOKIE BARS
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tap. baking powder
Pinch salt
1 cup mince meat
1 cup chopped nuts
Procedure

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add the sugar. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to the egg mixture. Fold in the mince meat and nuts.
Bake at 300° for 30 to 35 minutes. Bake in a long pan. Cut into bars and roll in confectioners sugar.
Temperature: 300°
Baking Time: 30-35 minutes.
