SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
Procedure

Cream together the sugar, butter and Crisco. Add the egg yolks and vanilla and mix well. Add all of the dry ingredients and mix well. Roll in balls and dip in sugar. Bake on a cookie sheet.
Temperature: 325°
Baking Time: 12 minutes.
