SUGAR MOLASSES COOKIES
Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 egg yolk
2 cups flour sifted
Procedure
*************
Cream the butter and sugar together and add the molasses. Then add the soda mixed with the egg yolk.
Add the cinnamon to the sifted flour and mix with the other ingredients. Farm into balls, roll in granulated
sugar or sugar and cinnamon and put on a greased cookie sheet.
Temperature: 400°
Baking Time: 10 minutes.
