BEER BREAD
Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 (12 oz.) can beer, room temp.
Procedure

Add all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Batter will be sticky. Place in a well-greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes. Remove from pan promptly after done baking.
Temperature: 375°
Baking Time: 45-50 minutes.
