WHOLE WHEAT YOGURT BREAD
Ingredients

1 package dry yeast 1/3 cup warm water 1/3 cup honey 2 cups plus 3 tbsp. unflavored yogurt 5 cups whole wheat flour
Procedure

In large bowl add the yeast and the warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add honey and yogurt to yeast mixture
and mix well. Add flour one cup at a time, turn on to floured board adding an additional cup of flour while
kneading. Knead until it is no longer sticky. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise until double
(about 2 hours). Punch down and form 2 loaves. Cover. Let rise until double (about 2 hours). Place in a
350° oven for 45 minutes.
Temperature: 350°
Baking Time: 45 minutes.
