SHERBET PUNCH
Ingredients

Water
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated pineapple juice
(If frozen pineapple juice is unavailable, canned
juice can be used but amount added to punch would differ)
1-pint cranberry cocktail chilled
Red food coloring may be added if desired
1 pint lemon sherbet
2 bottles of (7 oz. each) ginger ale, chilled
Procedure

Add water to orange and pineapple concentrate in punch bowl according to directions on cans. Add
cocktail and coloring. Add small scoops of sherbet. Add ginger ale and serve.
Makes approximately 40 servings.
