SALMON SPREAD
Ingredients

1 can red salmon (6 oz)
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 drops liquid smoke flavor
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Assorted crackers
Procedure

Remove bones from salmon. Combine with cream cheese and liquid smoke flavor. Fold in nuts and parsley. Cover and chill well. Yield about 2 cups. serve with crackers.
