HONEYDEW SALSA
Ingredients

3 1/3 cups honeydew melon (diced)
3/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
Thai red and green chiles to taste
3/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1 tsp. fresh rosemary (minced)
1 tsp. salt
Procedure

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Can be served with, tortollas, corn bread, fish, chicken or turkey. Makes 8 servings.
