BLUE CHEESE DIP
Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
2 tbs. onion (minced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure

Blend all well. Chill well. Yield about 2 cups. Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables, or as a salad dressing for spinach salad or with hot wings.
