BEAN AND GARLIC DIP
Ingredients

2 cups pinto beans 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped) 1 1/2 tsp. ground red chiles 1/4 tsp. salt 1 dash of pepper
Procedure

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
