Wonderful Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Bottom layer:
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2/3 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter - softened

Topping:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup butter - softened

Directions

Preheat oven 350. Work butter with into flour, baking powder and sugar, add egg and knead together. Roll onto cookie sheet, 1/2 inch thick (I usually do this by hand). Knead the topping all until crumbly. Put on top of bottom layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
