Virgin Banana Cocktail

Ingredients

2 Bananas - chopped & peeled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 pint of single (pouring) cream
1/2 pint apple or mango juice
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a blender or foodprocessor, liquidise the bananas along with the juice. It should be like a banana puree. Add the ice cream and cream. This works better if the ice cream isn't too compacted & hard - if necessary break it up a bit with the spoon before adding it. Process until thick and creamy. Add the spices and blend for a further 30 seconds. Add the brown sugar and blend for NO MORE THAN 10 seconds. Pour into high-ball glasses and serve with straws.
