Stuffed Clam Appetizers


1 can minced clams - drained
1 can chopped clams - drained
1 onion, chopped fine
1 small pepper (green or red),
chopped fine
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup melted butter
10 drops tobasco sauce


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread in a 9x9 greased pan or in baking shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
