Sponge Cake

Ingredients

8-9 eggs
1 cup of milk (optional)
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.1. Put eggs in a large bowl and mix it with an electric mixer until all eggs are fully mixed forming foam and bubbles in the bowl.2. Mix in flour and mix it along with the eggs until it's fully blended in.3. Mix in sugar with the rest of the mixture and mix it until the sugar is fully dissolved and is fully blended in.4. Pour in milk along with the baking powder and mix well.5. When the mixture is fully and well blended together, pour the mixture into a pan.6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.7. When time is done, stick a utensil or a toothpick in it to see if any of the mixture sticks to it. If it does, bake for another 5-10 minutes. If not, then remove from oven and let it sit and cool down. Now it's ready to be served.

Temperature: 350°

Baking Time: 35-40 minutes.
