Southern Style Cole Slaw
1 cabbage, shredded
1/3 or so cup of milk
3-4 Tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 cup-1 cup of real mayonnaise
Shred the cabbage or buy it already shredded in the produce section of the market Mix milk and granulated sugar Stir the milk and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Add to that about 3/4 cup-1 cup of real mayonnaise and mix well. It should be medium thick-if not thick enough add more mayo. Add the dressing to the cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate a couple of hours for the flavors to blend.
