Rhubarb Pie

4 cups diced rhubarb
One prebaked piecrust
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
Pinch salt
1/2 pint heavy cream


Prepare your favorite piecrust and prebake for about ten minutes.Place diced rhubarb in the pie shell. Beat the heavy cream with the sugar, flour and salt until thick but pourable.Pour cream mixture over rhubarb and bake.
