Raisin Pie


4 lbs raisins
1/2 jar of apple sauce
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
one pie crust and top


Roll out the pie crust and place in 12 x 18 pan. Blend apple sauce, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix in raisins, then put fruit into the pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, then cover with slitted crust top Bake at 400 for 30-45 min, until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares.
