2 egg whites
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tap. vanilla
2 cups whole pecans
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar, beating hard. Add vinegar, vanilla and pecans. Drop from a teaspoonabout 2 inches apart on greased sheet. Bake 300° for 12 to 15 min. Bake until firm but not brown.
Temperature: 300°
Baking Time: 12-15 minutes.
