Nutty White Chunk Cookies

2 1/8 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Light brown sugar; packed
1/2 cup White sugar
1 cup Salted butter; softened
2 lg Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Nuts - macadamia or pecans coarsely chopped
12 oz Nestle Premier White Morsels
8 oz White chocolate bar coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk. Set aside.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture, nuts and chips or chunks of chocolate and blend at low speed until just combined. Do not over mix.
Using a cookie scoop, drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 22-25 minutes or until edges just begin to turn golden brown. Transfer to a cool, flat surface to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Makes about 50 cookies.
