Muffin Bread Pudding
5 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
6 Jumbo Bakery-style muffins, broken up into chunks
1/2 cup white chocolate chips. optional
With a wire whisk, beat milk and eggs together well. Beat in the sugar till blended. Fold in muffin chunks. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 1 hour,in a preheated oven, or till a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve. Wonderful topped with scoops of vanilla ice crea. Try using different flavors of muffin together(such as blueberry and chocolate together). A real comfort food!
