1/2 lb. sweet butter
6 egg yolks
3 Ib. pulverized sugar
Directions
Put butter in cold water for one-half hour. Beat sugar and eggs ten minutes, then beat in butter. Add enough flour to stiffen dough sothat it can be rolled out and cut with mold. Bake on a cookie sheet in a slow oven.
Temperature: 325°
Baking Time: 15-20 minutes.
