Low Fat Blue Cheese Cole Slaw
1/2 head cabbage -- thinly sliced
3 lg carrots -- coarsely grated
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Free
1/2 cup Kraft Free Blue Cheese Dressing
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients. If you can afford a bit of fat, add 1 or 2 Tbsps of real blue cheese for more zing.
