Ingredients

1 cup carrot (shredded)
3 medium Golden Delicious or Gala apples (unpared and diced)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup cholesterol free, reduced calorie mayonnaise
Salad greens

Directions

Combine all ingredients except salad greens. Chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens. Makes 6 servings.
