Golden Corn and Broccoli
1 Bunch Broccoli - cut up
1 Cup Water
1 Can (10 3/4 Oz.) Condensed Corn Soup
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine the broccoli and water. Over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce the heat to low. cover and cook 8 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Drain in a colander. In the same saucepan, combine the soup, cheese, milk, and pepper. Return the broccoli to the saucepan. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally. Transfer the broccoli to a warm platter, spoon over the sauce and serve.
