Fillets Almondine

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or oleo
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 Ib. white fish fillets,
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Place butter or oleo, and almonds in 8x8 inch baking dish, microwave 5 minutes on High, until almondsare golden, stirring once. Remove almonds and set aside. Arrange fillets in baking dish with thickestportions to outside of dish, turning to coat with butter or oleo. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Covertightly with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes on High, or until fish flakes easily and appears opaque.Garnish with toasted almonds.
