Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound bag of frozen hash browns
1 chopped onion
1 pound ham, sausage or bacon - cooked
4 cups shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 cup whole or evaporated milk
salt / pepper

Directions

Layer one-half of the hashbrowns, onion, meat & cheese in large crock-pot; Repeat. Mix the eggs well with the milk, salt & pepper. Pour egg mixture over the top of the crockpot contents. Cook on low overnight.
