Creamy Italian Shrimp Dip

1 container 8 ounces sour cream
1 package 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Seafood Cocktail Sauce
1 envelope .8 ounces dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Assorted fresh vegetables


Beat sour cream, cream cheese, cocktail sauce and salad dressing mix in small mixer bowl until creamy. Stir in shrimp and green onions. Transfer to serving dish. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or potato chips. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
