Cheesecake Ribbon Brownies

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup melted butter
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups powdered sugar
5 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Melt butter over low heat, Do not let it bubble. Mix 2 cups sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter and stir until completely mixed. Add 4 eggs and mix thoroughly. Add flour and chocolate chips into brownie mixture. Don't over mix! Pour batter into a 9X13 inch greased baking pan. Combine cream cheese, 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla in another bowl and beat until smooth. Fold into batter in a ribbon pattern. (Oh go ahead, get creative!) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 large or 20 small brownies. Store in the fridge
