California Chicken Salad


2 and 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
1 and 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 and 1/2 cups peeled ripe melon chunks
1 and 1/2 cups peeled cucumber chunks
1 and 1/2 cups green grapes


Combine chicken, melon, cucumber and grapes in a bowl. In separate bowl whisk the remaining ingrediants together to make the dressing. Add the chicken and fruits to the dressing and toss to mix.
