Buffalo Wings (version 2)

Ingredients

4 pounds chicken wings or thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions

Place chicken in a single layer in a baking pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over wings. Bake two hours at 350 degrees. For first hour, place skin side down and cover with foil. For second hour, turn skin side up and leave uncovered.
