Buffalo Chicken Wings


2 pounds chicken wings (about 12)
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 - 3 tsp red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp salt


Cut each wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Cut off excess skin; discard. Put the 2 tbsp margarine in a 13 x 9 pan. Coat chicken pieces with flour & shake off excess flour. Place in pan. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes, turn chicken. Bake, uncovered, 10 -12 minutes longer or until light golden brown on outside; drain.

Mix 1 tbsp margarine, vinegar, pepper sauce & salt in bowl. Add cooked chicken & toss. Serve with blue cheese dressing & celery sticks.
