Brunch Casserole


1 lb. crumbled sausage
1 8 oz. can crescent rolls
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp. minced onion
garlic salt to taste


Fry and drain sausage; place dough flat in bottom of 9 x 13 pan to make a crust; sprinkle with sausage and then cheese; mix eggs with milk, onion and garlic salt in bowl; pour over cheese layer. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
