Big and Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup white (granulated) sugar
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl; set aside. In another bowl cream butter and sugars together. After creamed add vanilla. Slowly add egg and egg yolk, making sure to throughly mix with each addition. Take flour mixture and slowly add a little at a time, making sure to mix well. Stir in chips. Scoop dough and form into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. (I use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop dough, but you can make them smaller if you would like.) Bake for 15 minutes @ 325 degrees. Let cool for 5 minutes before taking off of pan. ENJOY!

Temperature: 325°

Baking Time: 15 minutes.
