Applesauce Oat Bars


1 cup quick-cooking oats
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Dash ground allspice
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon almond extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until completely moistened. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool slightly before cutting.
